can you download old classic games like you can do on the xbox 360 ?

umm, you can download some old ps1 games, not sure what else. havent really checked out the playstation shop since i got my ps3.

Yeah You Can, They Don't Have a Huge Selection, But A Good Selection No Doubt, And The Demos Are Always Fun To Play too.

how can you do that when most of the ps3s sold (40 gb) can't play the ps2 games?

There selection sucks compared to 360's.  Nothing worth downloading cept a couple of things.
