Title: Anyone have or know someone with a Ford Explorer?

I'm looking to buy a used car.  I don't care too much about cars, just want something that can get me from A to B and is not a shitbox.

I found a 1998 Ford Explorer Sport with 133,000 km on it for $1900.

If it last me 2-3 years with little problems I'd be happy.

Anything I should know about it?  Are there constant problems with this car or is it fairly reliable?  Look like a good deal?

if u don't want a shitbox, don't buy a ford.  buy a toyota.

Doesn't matter.  It's gone already, less than 24hrs.
I'm not desperate for a car now so I can take my time finding a good deal.  My car is fine for now but I don't wanna start looking for a car when it craps out on me and I'm desperate to get a new one.

Might look into some foreign 4 cylinder car.

Definitely get a honda or toyota. My next door neighbor has one and it has given them nuthin; but probs. save that scrilla and get you a honda!!!!!!!!!

Get a Honda / Toyota.  I prefer Toyota, but both are quality vehicles that will last for years.
