My mind is torn between reality and fantasy
My heart wants what my eyes see, but is it reality?
Yeah cuz she stands before me, talks to me and kisses me
There’s a connection there, but we don’t dare to move on it
Even tho I wish to, even if it means keeping secrets
That’s one I will take to the grave
We talk about everything from what if to how come
I see her smile my finger tips go numb
So I think about her everyday, in every way
I wish to be with her even if for a night
To be with her and hold her, kiss her
Care for her, just to be with her
Nothing has to happen we could just sit in silent
Holding her to take her mind off things
That’s the reality I want
My mind is torn between fantasy and reality
My heart wants what my mind dreams, but is it a fantasy?
Yes I dream of you, on more than one occasion
But your not alone, you’re smiling, holding out your hand
Until it holds mine, and I hold you tight
You don’t have a care in the world
And want to run away, I ask “where to?”
You replied I don’t care as long as we go
So together we leave, without a word to anyone
It’s like a fairy tale happily ever after
Until I wake, and realize it was a dream, a fantasy
But it’s ok because you are in my life now as a friend
And I am forever grateful for the impact you’ve had on me
So with whatever happens I am going to wait
Wait and see what happens, and what comes about
So A few days later
I see her down the way, as I am walking and talking
As my boys laugh and blunder
My boys looking at her blouse and what’s under
But I don’t, I stare up and they wonder
I smile and hear my heart pound like thunder
I am impressed her eyes and smiles
Her nose and ears, while they look at her breast
And talk about how to undress her,
And how to process her in the bed room
Like a wife and new groom, so they assume
They can get her, so I step back and let it occur
One after another they step to her with words that transfer
But to her they are nothing but a blur,
They all come back shut down
I laugh at their frowns, and I start to clown
But before we leave, I look around and to her
Our eyes meet and I know what she prefers
So as I walk away I see a flower in dismay
I so pick it up and say on hold on okay
My boys wonder what I am doing,
I will be right back, my mind is stewing
So I take the flower to her, and just then is starts to shower
I smile and hand it to her, and her smile seems to empower
And as she takes the flower from my hand, her smile expands
I smile back and understand, and I say thank you
I walk away back to my boys, they ask what you do?
I told them, you guys got shut down with every trail
I told them, I didn’t win her heart, but I won her smile……..

That was a lovely piece of writing man... beautiful. Very sweet, I think you could really win a girls heart with that one, and if you love this girl (assuming it was somewhat autobiographical) this much then it's clear you have more to offer her than other guys, so go for it bro... peace
