Ughhh, yeah, some of these elite marathoners will go to the bathroom while they are running so that they wont lose time at the porta potties.  Never seen this personally but I have seen some guys and girls duck behind a tree to "relieve" themselves because the line is too long at the bathroom.  I wonder if he was behind someone who had the "runs" ???
