Yeah 4 titles in the last decade, they really suck ::)
-
3 titles in 3 years > 4 titles in 10 years.
-
3 titles in 3 years > 4 titles in 10 years.
4>3
Spurs best team of the last 10 years, Lakers 2nd.
-
3.5 fuck that 99 season. Sorry but to be a dynasty you have to be able to defend a title. So in this case...
3>4
-
nobody said the word dynasty, buddy
-
Fuck the Spurs! Easily the most boring/dirtiest team out there. I really hope the lakers knock them off, I cant stand watching them anymore. When are they gonna get rid of everbody? Seriously, if they dont win this year, I hope they break this team up or something, becuase I cant stand them, and the refs are always on their dicks too. They get too many calls.
-
No, they don't. They have one of the best coaches in the NBA, three of the best players, a great organization, and they know how to win. I respect them.
-
I can't stand neither one of those teams. So at first, I got pissed because I don't want to see one of them win. Then I just thought fuck it, let's just focus on one of them losing. :D
-
They don't suck, but they're definitely getting old and falling the fuck off... And anyone who thinks winning 4 titles in 10 years is better than 3peating is INSANE. Everyone knows, the sweetest title is the one you win back-to-back...so the 3rd in a row must be three times as sweet. The Spurs' claim to fame is that they're the best team never to repeat. :-\

where did you hear dynasty?
You learn in pre school that 4 is bigger than 3
-
^You learn a little later that 3/3 is more accurate than 4/10.

Yes its bigger but in what ratio? 3/3 > 4/10. Its only 2008 so if the Lakers win this year or next year then what?

lol this laker dickriding is rediculous. Yea they won 3 in the a row how many have they won in the past 10 years? 3/10 and spurs have won 4/10 now whose ratio is better? of course it's better to win 3/3 but if your are doing ratios and tryna compare 3/3 and then say san antonio 4/10 why not make it fair and do lakers ratio for teh past 10 years too.
-
^Because this is a different Laker era. If you wanna combine all the eras, 15/60>4/40...LOL.
-
3 titles in 3 years > 4 titles in 10 years.
lol convenient to only count the three years you were good and skip the rest of them.
Winningest team in sports in the last decade, 4 titles in the last decade, consistent contender every year of the last decade> 3 titles in the last decade.
-
The Lakers dickriding in this section is why I fuck w/ Sportsline when it comes to discussing sports, fuck talking sports on dubcc, to many blind Laker nutriders that don't give any other teams or players credit ever, lame.

in basketball history....yes, Lakers > Spurs. For the last 10 years....easy, Spurs > Lakers. Even if you win the title this year. That only pulls you even during the last 10 years as far as titles....but not in win percentage, victories, etc...etc.

LMAO...Ya'll failed to win back-to-back titles...that is the biggest accomplishment in basketball. What don't you get? Pretend this was a video game- if winning a title gives you 1,000 points, then winning that second one in a row would give you 2,000, and winning that threepeat title gives you 3,000. Laker titles combine for 6,000 points. Spurs...only 4,000. ya feel? And if the Lakers win this year, there's NO QUESTION. Plus, add the fact that we went through the Spurs for every one of our titles, and Boom!...outta here.
-
I don't know this tread was meant to be serious .. you have to respect SA a lot .. it's a great and classy organization .. this Lakers- SAS rivarly which began in 99 has given epic series .. both teams have a lot of respect for each other and SAS took the loss like men , just admitting they lost to a better team

difference, the Lakers won more series against the Spurs. The Spurs won titles during the Laker's rebuilding, not having to go through LA, the Lakers went into San Antonio and beat them, Shaq or no Shaq.
-
The Lakers have a chance to be the team of the 2000's......they've been to the finals more times then the spurs & have the same amount of championships as the Spurs....if we win the championship this season....Lakers 4 championships>>>>>>>spurs 3
and the Lakers are 4-1 in the playoffs against the spurs this decade.....
-
go lakers

It's okay...the Lakers have more than enough time to surpass that number. Celtics have about 3 years before they crumble and go back to what they were in the 90's. LOL.
