premo is the best producer, was and ever will be :) if someone wants to know what hip hop is, you make him listen to a premo track
his style of beats and scratching the refrain is million times better than this hook singing shit by all the 50 cents :)
and people who say that he is boring for making the same style of beats for decades now, perhaps you got a point BUT his beats are just tha shiznit 8)
besides that it is nearly irrelevant who raps over it :D the beat alone makes it a classic :)

Even the artists premo works with are straight hip-hop. Premo has never sold out and made a beat for a nonsense mc.

That is real shit too. Look at Gangstarr...Guru, not gonna diss him cuz I like his lyrics but his delivery isn't that exciting, yet he's 50% of one of hip hop's most legendary duo's.

Didnt he make some beats from christina aguilera? Not saying that changes the way i feel his music and look at him cus he's one of the greatest. But something tellsme that move was for money, but you cant limit a dj's workspace and says he sold out if he makes beat for mc's thats not underground, even the stuff he did with aguilera was dope
