u culd purchase once n get feedback..its all on the seller wether or not they want to give u feedback.

Actually Buyers can leave feedback, Sellers can't leave negative feedbacks though! [Most Especially if the Buyer is notorious for filing fraudulent claims.. :-\ :-\

I buy alot from eBay. Normally the seller will not leave you feedback unless you leave them positive feedback, So if you buy things and don't give them feedback you wont get any. then you will get canceled bids by people who only deal with positive feedback. But eBay is falling down hill. They keep changing things and making things hard to find and the new search is bad as well. I'm not a big fan of what they have done the last few weeks..
