Amazon > iTunes...
Although iTunes usually has a greater selection, Amazon is DRM-Free and 256kbps encoded.

Don't buy music, it's a waste of money. You're not supporting the artist by buying their music. You're supporting the CEO's and the other businessmen who run the labels, while giving their artists fractions of the profits. If people stop buying albums from major labels, artists will move independent, where they can make their own music, without people telling them what their albums should sound like. 20$ a CD, where do people get the money to waste?
By not buying major label albums, your telling the label, you don't want to pay 20$ for a cookie cutter album. It's taking a stand against mediocre music. When's the last time a major label released a decent rap album? I can't remember. The best music today is independently made and produced. By buying albums from major labels, your in fact holding your favorite artists back. Independent is the future. Bootleg everything. Movies, TV Shows, Music, it's what we should all be doing to raise the quality of product.

In this case it's about unreleased and unheard songs that Clockwork/Epic still had of TQ that they decided to sell. TQ left that label like 7-8 years ago. If anything, I'd be supporting Sony to put out more unreleased music by any artist :)

By not supporting the albums your also sending the message to the labels, "Don't spend money promoting the artists or putting out talent, because when it comes down to it, we the fans don't buy music period."
That's not a good look for anyone.

if you dont like paid mp3 downloads, go to your local store and buy it.. i always buy cdes in the store, you get the best quality , you get a folder with insights on production . I have never buyed a cd online , i only hear music first on the internet to see if i like the music. If i like several tracks on a album i simply buy the album....
You still suporting your artist by buying a major mainsteam album and yes you suporting the labels also. but i think its fair, the are using the money on the promotion and putting more artist out.
