i dl'd form it like 4 hours ago and it still says wait 76 minutes

how do you do that? unplugging your router and your cable thing n plugging it back in? (the power i mean)

I jus hit the power switch in the back of my modem, wait a couple seconds then turn it back on n i got a new IP..

if you have dsl you can go to your network settings and just disconnect the connection and wait a few mins and it should change... a few mins of wait is better than an hour right
1. go to Start button
2. settings
3. network connections
and then whatever is there (it might say Local Area Connection) just right click and select Disable and just wait then right click again and press Enable

thats how it works for me... let me know if works for you guys

ps. if you have cable, i'm not sure if you can change that. not too sure about it

rapidshare works fine now i gess it was just a bug.
