my cousin needs the Super Mario RPG The Legend of the 7 Stars rom
we have been searching for a while but no luck
anyone know?

It´s an emulator with the game included. Tell your cousin to try the game with the emulator he uses and if it doesn´t work then just use the emulator in the .zip file.
