Chicago rapper Common, of "The Light" fame, is currently wrapping up production of his fifth album, Electric Circus. The MC recently mixed what is expected to be the first single, "Close to You," which features a guest appearance by Mary J. Blige and was produced by the Neptunes.

dont worry so much, i mean if the beat is bangin and his lyrics are bangin then what the hell ya'll worryin about.........i mean he needs some tight production anywayz.....the neptunes have made beats for lots of commercial cats, but they havent made it for any underground somewhat like common.......so yah neva know
