fuck em I'll eat me some catfish.  I have yet to eat today.  Been sick as fuck since thursday night and ain't had any sort of appetite.  I think i'm gonna hook up some leftover pizza though 8)

Catfish is fire if it's done right, my friend's mom used to make it all the time, and she was from Mississippi, so it had that Cajun style.

For me today, it was Fruit Punch Gatorade and Grilled Chicken Quesadillas with Pepper Jack Cheese!!
