Title: Big Tymers=Officially Gold
Post by: King-Suge on June 05, 2002, 09:31:21 AM
Big Tymers have already pushed 500,000 units--that sure didnt take long :)  The album is still hot as it pushed another 60,000 this week.  Cash Money fell off?  They fell off in your motherfuckin ass!

Same here, not as if sales mean shit anyways. I don't own the album so I can't judge on the quality but from what i've heard i'm not that interested  :P But congrats none the less.

how long do you think it'll take to go platinum if it does...i think it's gonna take another hot single to push it to platinum status, peace.

I dont think itll go platinum, but it may.  The album actually moved up 3 spots on the billboard charts this week (#12 now)and pushed another 60,000 units.  Still Fly is still moving up Billboards Hot 100 charts and is #23  this week.  And there are plenty of songs on the album that have the possibility of blowing up like Still Fly.

A lot of people care about the Big Tymers.  And dont get upset--there are different forms of hip hop.  This form of hip hop is materialistic and fun--and sometimes people like to hear that.  I personally love this kinda music--and makes me smile and bob my head.   I agree that this can get played out if its all you listen to -but in terms of fun party music , the Big Tymers/Cash Money have that on lock IMO.
