Title: Battle Tournament 08- Newbies + Rookie Challenge- sign up + info here

This is part of my efforts as moderator to bring this forum back to where it was during the golden age of 01' and 02'.

I think one way to do that is it's time to give the newer cats an oppurtunity to groom their skills and shine. 

Here are the rules-

-To sign up you must have started  posting in the keystyle section after 03.  No O.G.'s from the 01' 02' era can enter, but I encourage them to vote and review the battle.

-Each battler will make their verse 8-12 bars.  Championship round will be extended to 16-20 and include a second verse so opener can have chance to respond as well.  So you open with a verse, they respond, you respond, and then they respond.

- I will moderate this battle.  If both battlers have posted their verses then voting begins.  First one to 3 votes wins.  Championship round is first to 5 votes.  If, after one week the voting still hasn't finished then I will pick the winner.

I will start setting up the battles and if I haven't already pre-selected you then sign up here or in the thread.

your in... its already set up, your up against StreetsAllSalute in round 1... he's already dropped his verse, its on u now... and if u have time, don't forget to vote on the other battle

your in, but since you signed up late you will have to take a loss for Round 1 and start in Round 2. 

It's a double elimination tournament.
