Lamar Odom has been frequently mentioned in Lakers trade speculation and Dwyane Wade acknowledged there still are times he thinks about his former Heat teammate.
"I love L.O. as a person and, of course, as a player," Wade said. "We had one year together. I wish we could have had more.
"It's a guy who I've always said it's a possibility when he left that he can maybe come back. ... A player like that, we would love to have a chance to get because he's so versatile."

if marion didnt want to be the 3rd option on suns, how is he gonna handle being the 4th option with the lakers? he's not as productive on offense without a star PG creating for him, and d. fish is a triangle point guard, hes not gonna be easily create scoring opportunities for other players.
if we're going to trade for a SF, a position that we're already too stacked in to begin with, we might as well get a lockdown 1 on 1 defender like artest. and then we'd have to get rid of luke walton and radman.

If I knew it wasn't true I wouldn't say it...JO was traded for TJ Ford and some change. Odom was in talks for Ron Artest and Shawn Marion, both who are a notch above Ford. Put 1 and 1 together, and my statement is clearly true.
