Seriously, I'm so tired of hearing about this label. It's fuckin dead & people still brag about it. You hear about some rumor of some unreleased Sneed track produced by Dre & everyone goes crazy over it. Funny thing is 95% of the time these rumors are false, anyone who believes this shit is just getting fucked. Whats even funnier is how some people act like they know what was going down in Death Row, like who said this, who did that, haha. I think I don't have to say anything about what importance in hip-hop Death Row had in the past but this is just pathetic & childish. I swear some of y'all act like a bunch of 12 year old kids. WACK ::)

Off the top of my head - Ya Boy, Common, AZ, Chamillionaire, Saigon, Yukmouth, Game, Ghostface, Nas, Little Brother, M.O.P, Tragedy Khadafi etc. That's more than a few & I don't plan on sitting here all day to name them all. Hip-hop is better than it was 2-3 yeards ago. I think people need to gett off that "hip-hop is dead" thing. It's boring.

Thx, I actually like Yuk more than I used to before cause of his voice. As for Tragedy, his last album was great, it was just waaay too short. It's like 35 minutes long lol. You have a feeling it's a mixtape.

that's like saying your tired of hearing about black history or some shit. good or bad, in death row's heyday they were running shit and the music was so great then that it's still able to be talked about today which is what happens when you make classic music you want to leave a mark and good or bad death row did that. and by the way fuck suge's dumb ass for not knowing what to do wit power and influence when he had it.

Well, in the case of Dogg Pound, we can at least argue on the quality of the music being put out. Death Row is over. It's not an issue of being dope or wack, the label went under. I don't have no problem with people talking about Tha Row but when it's people acting like Suge or whoever is going to resurrect it again, it's tired conversation.

When deathrow was on top da westcoast was on top. Deathrow was the greatest label of all time best artists, good music, real drama, real gangstas and real gangsta shit. God dayme those were tha days. I'm not a groupie or whatever so I don't feel the need to open numerous threads about the rappers I just named & signing to a forum dedicated to them is a no no. I don't feel comfortable being around stans/groupies, even if it's only the internet. Oh & when I signed here I noticed this forum was dedicated to the west coast, that's the reason I signed here ;) I'm just sick & tired of the same Death Row threads getting opened over & over again.

Thats how I feel about DPG when people on here still think they make hot music. I still listen to the old Death Row stuff that they release however I know Suge will never bring it back since he blackballed from rap. I rather listen to the old west coast music then the wack mainstream music that is out today. I can not even listen to the radio or turn on BET anymore without hearing garbage. It is alot of hot west coast artist that I listen to combined with the old west coast music rather it is Ruthless, Death Row and old DPG.
