I voted for Lethal Injection but it's not easy.

Kill At Will is an EP, so it don't really count, unless you count the re-release of AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted which included the Kill At Will tracks?
For me though, it's AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted beating out Death Certificate by an eye of a needle. But it changes by the day between those 2 albums in particular for me.

Two of his best songs (Ghetto Bird and You Know How We Do It) were on Lethal Injection. Best album with best rhymes was Death Certificate for me.
