Too many times, I even curse while talking to my mangers at work..

not that much, maybe 30-40 times a day. It seems a lot but where i live you gotta understand that a curse word can replace almost any verb adverb name or adjective possible. You can make a 10 word sentence that make sense with 7-8 curse words

you just have to think more when you're speaking.



I've cut back quite a bit in the last few weeks I'm trying to cut it out completely,  I've been successful before, you just have to think about not swearing.

plus they're black, so they're extremely loud
