Title: Anyone know what song this is?

I heard it once yesterday at the mall and its been stuck in my head ever since. I tried searching for it (all I remember is Akon singing "you got me" inthe chours; theres a song by Akon & T-Pain called "U Got Me") but after listening to it - its not the song I'm looking for. The main artist sound kinda reggaeish. Help!

I doubt it's this one but can you give anymore emphasis on the song like what the beat sounds like, is the other dude rapping or singing?

I'm looking for one, wit a cat that's like reggaeton or reaggae and it's new and Fatman Scoop is on it. I can't find it, maybe it's the same one?
