Title: real time voice modulation with mic and pc ?

ayo.. can i change the voice, like makin hall or sumthin with a programm in real time ?

so that i dont have to record the track first and then modulate it... i wanna talk in my mic (which is in the "mic in" on my soundcard).. and the pc/app works like an voice modulator..
