yo this album is constantly on my mind. i think it was eazy at his best a it was so gangsta. he was servin' death row wit heat rocks. the lyrics and production was top notch(even without the d.o.c. , ice cube, and my fav. producer dr. dre). the guess were appropiate. i'd say it's a classic album and it was eazy's best album. what y'all think ?
-
I agree. its definitely a classic album but I can't still decide if this is better than Eazy-Duz-It. thats just too hard 4 me

it is. it was more gangsta than eazy duz it.

is there a good link for this album ?

It's a dope album but I don't think it's his best. I would say "It's On Dr. Dre...." is better.

That joint was tight. But as stated in many interviews it was unfinished. E recorded over 80 songs for the album, including a joint with guns and roses.
There is unreleased tracks as proven by this youtube video I saw of the making of real muthaphukkin g's where they played this unreleased eazy track in the background. It went like "rollin in my muthaphukkin rag top cheverlot, Eazy-E bailin eastside what it say, to kick it with the homegirl Jill, hit you up C-P mothaphukkin T for real" Shit sounded tight sound like he sampled more bounce to the ounce!

That was Eazy's verse from the Brownside song "Eastside Drama". It's not unreleased, kind of hard to find though.

That's where it's from? I had that verse and thought it was a snippet of a full song.

Yeah that's it. Someone made an mp3 of just his verse and circulated it around the net a while ago, so it's pretty common to have a file with just his verse and then it cuts off. But the whole song is a little bit harder to find. That's the only part Eazy has in the whole song, he doesn't even do any ad libs or anything at the end of it.

I really wish that Tomeka would release Eazy's unreleased stuff. Seriously, what does she have to gain by keeping it??

Yup. I remember when that CD came out in early 1996, RAP SHEET had an interview w/ Yella, and he admitted that while there were over 80 instrumental tracks recorded for it, there was only a handful of songs w/ Eazy's vocals. So there might have only been so much stuff that Yella had to work with; obviously, we'll never know how what could have been, but the songs that they did choose were dope, IMHO. To me, it falls just a bit short of being a classic, but it's still a must-have if you're an Eazy (or West Coast rap) fan.
PEACE!

It's a Classic CD.....
this is way better the "Eazy Duz It"
-
def. not a classic and he's my fav. emcee.
just too many dumb tracks treach CANNOT produce for shit.
-
Good album but nowhere close to his others. It's short ass fuck. They actually cheat a bit making it eligible to be an album. What I did was added it's on dre and str8 off the streets together on my Ipod as one album taking out the intro and outro and with them both together its a banging album.
-
I think u thinkin of 5150 Home 4 the sick Big Worm, not Str8..........
Peace
-
Classic no doubt. My fav album of all time. . .
