Ignore them, man. Talking about Hakeem, you can delete the word "arguably" from your post. He was been BY FAR the most skilled center ever, it's not even close.

Odom against the Rockets. What a nice tribute, eh?

Don't be paranoid, man. Nobody said "LETS KILL HIM". You have two of the most representative Laker fans in this board who posted in this topic, and they both said Hakeem was "the most skilled center ever", so what the fuck are you talking about? Don't add Laker fans in each of your posts, it's getting played out. If you're beefing with NIK ( = 1 person ), don't fucking ruin the forum. It's your beef, and i couldn't care less.

Peace.

Olajuwon was always my favorite big man to watch. I have to admit, after watching that video, it is UNREAL how unskilled todays big men are compared to those in the 80s and early 90s. NO ONE has moves like the Dream. He absolutly abused shaq in the finals in 95. That was a masterpiece of post moves in that series. He might not have been the most dominant post player, but hands down the most skilled and will probably never be duplicated with todays bigs all going towards the euro style of face up posting.

hakeem was amazing. one of the greatests to ever play the game and he only first touched a basketball at the age of 13. that said, KAREEM was the greatest center to ever play the game, and even skillwise, he definitely rivals Hakeem with his amazing arsenal and footwork. id put 1.kareem 2.wilt 3.russell 4.hakeem 5.shaq...thats my personal top 5.

Indeed.

On his signature move -

"The Dream Shake was actually one of my soccer moves which I translated to basketball. It would accomplish one of three things: one, to misdirect the opponent and make him go the opposite way; two, to freeze the opponent and leave him devastated in his tracks; three, to shake off the opponent and giving him no chance to contest the shot."

Man i'm saying Hakeem is #1 and Kareem is #2. I'm not saying skyhook wasn't wonderful. I just personally like the Dream Shake better. Plus Hakeem was quicker, he made jumpshots too, he knew how to dribble.. He looked like a fucking guard!! But Kareem was the best Center out of the two, no doubt.

Yeah but we were saying Hakeem was more skilled, faster, had better footwork and better movements, and even arguably a better signature move than Kareem. Nobody here is saying Hakeem is the best Center in the History of basketball. It's like saying Ray Allen has the best shooting tecnique in the NBA: it doesn't mean he's better than Jordan, lol.

A moron, but it was just one. I do agree with their top-5 tho'.

P.S. If you wanna know the two guys who destroyed your Russell dude they are Thorpe and Webb. If it wasn't for them he was n.1.

5 guys only said Kareem was the best C ever.
4 guys said Wilt was the best C ever.
