The reason why Game put that in his song is because Mobb Deep was talkin shit but just months earlier they was all good and shit.
Game said that in his 240 bars diss openly. Its not from a phone call or anything else. Game said what everybody already know. That they was cool, then Spider went to G-Unit and shit went sour between em and that if Spider left maybe things could get better again between em (at least back then) and thats what Game meant.
