Kidz In The Hall was very dope!  I see it being the same type of album.  Lots of sick rhymes and creativity.  Should be a top 5 of 2008.

The best rapper alive, ask Hova or Weezy"

WTF Termanology, this is instant cred loss..  :-X

Dope album though, not really any wack tracks, just a couple of average ones..

Doesn't sound like hes giving Wayne props, with the Nas/Jeezy line. Sounds to me like he is dissin Jeezy and Wayne

That's also a way to look at it, but on the next track he says: "My eyes red, my cup filled like Lil Wayne", so it would be contradicting to diss him on one track and compare him to himself on the next..

After one listen , it's a dope/consistent album .. despite the producers lineup , I wasn't waiting for another Illmatic so I'm fine with the final product ... the beat of Hood shit sounds a lot like the instrumental  Game/Prodigy song from 1st Infantry

Good album, not amazing (no pun intended), I'm probably not as amazed by this cos i had heard all the Primo joints before the album leaked.

I might be expecting 2 much.

Yeah. I usually play them for couple of times and then delete them...not so wise when albums get postponed for about 2 years lol.

i'd be lying if I didn't say I wasn't a lil' disappointed....

I mean, I had already heard 70% of the album by the time it dropped....and the new stuff that I hadn't heard was....meh, it was cool....but not insane like I expected....the Largo Pro track was different....the Havoc beat was nuts.....was really disappointed in teh Pete Rock track....

The lines more about two people with opposite opinions... I don't think he would be cosigning wayne as the best him being who he is... just based off his tastes in beats and his own lyrics you can tell that

anyway, on my first listen... good shit so far. Every song better be amazing with this short an LP, though.

I agree with you 90%.  Watch How It Go Down is 2 years old.  Its still sick but its been out for two years.  So Amazing has been out for a year.  Its a sick song but same thing.  Its a good album.  I think the Pete Rock track killin ourselves was one of the best tracks!  I am dissapointed in the Hi-Tek track.  Overall a 7.5/10.  It has its moment but it isn't anything spectacular.  Its worth the cop.  Ill be checking the Madlib album and the Large Pro album soon........

I think the Pete Rock track is great. 2 out of the 3 Nottz productions are good not really feelin Float, Alchemist is nice on here too. Obviously i would say the 3 Premier productions are good but like i said i had heard them all before the album even leaked so i was hoping for more. That intro needed to be rapped over, nice beat. Large Pro and Hi-Tek let me down on here. Overall i would give this album 7/10.
