I cant fuckin wait to see these guys on the court together! How are teams going to defend Toronto now? I have no clue!
There's no way you can double in the post on Bosh or JO because Toronto might be carrying the best shooting team in the league.
If they put a small 3 on Bargnani, they may move Bosh out to a wing and have Andrea post up down low. If they have a big guy on Bargnani then that will keep a big out on the perimeter freeing up JO and Bosh downlow. And Kapono, Bargnani and Calderon are going to be hitting J's and 3's all fucking night long!!! Not to mention Anthony Parker is a good shooter too! Shit, I REALLY hope JO can stay healthy this season. The Raps are going to be a force in the east this year.

I agree that they're gunna work well together and do some major damage in the east, but they're not undefendable like you act...dont forget, we have twin towers of our own. Bynum+Gasol>>>Bosh+JO. But they could definitely end up being a very scary duo to face, based on whether JO can get his shit together or not.

I don't think they're going to be that great, 2 6'10 guys that shoot Jumpshots and shoot under 50%, they're not even great rebounders.....but the raptors will be good b/c they have some talent on that team...

Bosh is clearly the best player out of the 4. JO has been a bum recently, though. Let's see how much he has left.

I'm a Pacer fan, and I liked Jermaine..... but there is no way he stays healthy. The dude has been plagued for YEARS with nagging injuries. I liked his heart, and he had the tools, but the man is so injury prone its sad. I wish him well in Toronto, but he just became a bad overpaid contract here in Indy. This is the first season since uncle reg called it a quits that I'm actually excited about the Pacers, and its because we aren't being crushed by his contract.
IF, and its a big if, he stays healthy, that combo is going to be lethal in the east. I don't know how well they will stack up to some of the big guns in the west, but they will wreck the east if they can put it together.

Bynum is clearly of more value than Gasol right now.
Gasol and Bosh are a toss-up. if Bosh is better, it's not by a whole lot, cuz they're definitely both players of the same caliber. thus, Bynum and Gasol are clearly the more valuable duo. if you add age and health into the equation, it's not even up for discussion...throw Odom in the mix for a triple-headed tower, and game's over.

I have been a die hard pacer fan my whole life!! I am so excited for this year, I think jim obrien is a great fit for the team, he completely changed our offense last year and I have no doubt that tj ford is going to thrive in this system! People also don't realize how great danny granger is going to be, he's all ready all star calibar and he's going to get alot better! We have a very deep team going into this year and I can't wait to watch Rush and Hibbert hit the court also, it's a very exciting time to be a pacer fan! I do really want to see tinsley go though.
Just because I am hoping that JO and bosh have success it doesn't change the fact that it's all pacers for me like it's been my whole life!

Ok, it's cool. It wasn't a diss or something, just a question.
I'm curious about JO and Bosh too, no doubt. Like you probably know the GM of Toronto Raptors is italian, and i know him, and i think he is very professional and a great GM. Plus there's Bargani, a player i've never really liked but he's italian, so i'mma support him (i'm italian too).
But i still think Bynum+Gasol > JO+Bosh.

Im sure most Laker fans would be pumped if they got Bosh for Gasol in a trade straight up. Dont act like you guys wouldnt want Bosh instead of Gasol. I bet Kobe would, they seem to have great chemistry and actually seemed like they were tight during the Olympics and All Star weekend.
If JO is healthy hes easily a 18-20 PPG, 10 RPG and 2 BPG type player. Bynum hasnt seen those numbers (yet) in his career.
And the people talking about JO being injured should consider the fact that Bynum has underwent surgery himself so he really knows what kinda shape hes going to be in. JO has said that hes 100% healthy and feeling better than hes been in years!

I don't think the Lakers would of gone to the Finals with Bosh, he's to weak on defense and he's not the passer Gasol Is or has the court awareness that Gasol Has, Gasol Played Great Defense in the playoffs, avg 3-BPG in the 1st 3 rounds (Bosh didn't even avg half a block in the 1st Round).....Held KG to 19ppg on 43% Shooting (worst #'s in Playoffs)...Played Great Defense on Duncan in Game 5, Destroyed Camby and Boozer....Gasol's Size really Bothers alot of players
Gasol is really underrated....I'm getting annoyed by these Sheep that keep saying Gasol is Soft, they obviously know nothing about B-Ball.

BUT HEY, WAKE UP!!! WE MADE IT TO THE FUCKING NBA FINALS WITH GASOL PLAYING LIKE A MONSTER FOR US (till the Finals, obviously.. But it's something he always do, he seems to have some problems with the Finals.. lol) (anyway KG didn't play better than him, to be honest. KG has some big problems playing in the clutch times too).
You guys act like we are a lottery team!! I just want my guys to win 2 more games in the Finals!!!!!! And with Bynum and Ariza back in the roster, i think we have a bigger chance than by trading Gasol.

I love Bosh and his game, but no way i'd prefer him over Gasol in the triangle...also, JO's best days are clearly behind him. I think he'll be a something along the lines of a 15-8 guy, when healthy. That's good enough to make Toronto contenders in the east, but not good enough to put them on the level of a Lakers.
