I'll start with a simple one.

I HATE THE SOUND OF SOMEONE SCRATCHING A CHALKBOARD WITH THEIR NAILS

Those vermin try and keep dry by any means necessary which includes sneaking into your building and if you're not careful, your apartment. They are temperamental, angry little beasts that don't respond to "get the fuck out of my building" when you are just trying to get into the lobby without a bunch of stray, dirty little fuckers running in their with you.
