J-Flex did get at Dre on that one...It would have been useless for Dre to respond even if he wanted to..No one knows Flex outside of Cali...I guess it was safer to make songs and videos about Dre, (RBX did the same thing) than to go right to the source of the problems at Death Row (Suge Knight)...When you stop to think about it, Dre took a helluva lot of disses from DR rappers over the years....

LOL...

Suge probably put this dude up to it.   Dre has the ultimate comeback to all of these rumors, he said something like... "If they are so great, then what happened to them before and after I stopped working with them"

'Who Been There Who Done That' is one of the best disses I've ever heard... Flexx really go hard on Dre, plus the beat is sooo dope - CLASSIC.

As far as his album goes - I don't believe that this 'Stayin' Alive' project from FTP was his real album that was supposed to drop on Death Row in 1999 but if you talkin' about his last year 'Billboard Dreams' than I'll admit - it's a pretty weak cd...

if it wasn't his 'real' album then what was it?

if it wasn't his 'real' album then what was it?

It sounds like it was a bunch of demo songs that may or may not have made the final album.  The song "Have Fun" sounds very much unfinished, with only 2 verses and no chorus.  Many of the songs don't sound mastered.  Some of the songs on the FTPE release were made after he left Death Row.  I'm guessing maybe 4 or 5 of the songs on that FTPE release were intended for, or would have made, his Death Row album.  FTPE's album had no guests on it, now Flex was working with The Realest at the time, I can't imagine that Tha Realest, Top Dogg, OFTB, etc. wouldn't have been on his Death Row album.  Death Row always featured the rest of the inmates on their albums.
