Okay, so I figured since we have that DMX thread, we can have one where Ricky Ross says the word "boss" in a song too. We can also sticky this since he's scheduled to release a collabo album with Birdman and a new solo album in 08, that is of course if people show interest in this like the DMX thread. I am worning you though, you will have to listen to a lot of crappy verses.
Oh and adlibs also count ;D
So, first I went through my PC to find every Ross song I have. This is what I've came up with:
Solo LP's:
- Port Of Miami: on the first LP, you could tell he still had an identity crisis so the word boss is only mentioned in Blow, Boss, For Da Low, Hustlin', Where My Money.
- Trilla: started the full swing boss mode. The word is mentioned in every song except Here I Am.
Guest apperances:
- Birmdan: 100 Million
- Birdman & Lil Wayne: Know What I'm Doin'
- DJ Khaled: Intro (We The Best), We Takin Ova, Brown Paper Bag, I'm So Hood, I'm So Hood remix, Bitch I'm From Dade County, Go Ahead, Bullet, Blood Money
- DJ Drama: Feds Takin' Pictures
- Fat Joe: Make It Rain remix
- Freeway: Lights Get Low
- Lloyd: Girls Around The World remix
*then we have him on the first single of the very much aticipated collaboration album with Birdman "Sun Come Up"
Next thing on my list was to listen to all the recent freestyles he dropped in order to promote his new project:
New freestlyes
- When I Grow Up, Life Of The Party, Comfortable, , That Oprah, Swagga Like Us (the Boss is not pleased with not being on the original. T.I. take notes!)
Today I woke up, went to rap-up.com and there was a new video from Sean Garret feat. Ricky Ross:
Peep game at 0.26, 0.29, 0.44, 2.47, 3.08 ---> Boss overload :o
