I heard this song and i got the lyrics from it to see if anyone could help me identify it.

cant remember the last time I slept right
wrote a letter to my senator

at about 1:50 into the song, theres some mixin/sctatchin that sounds like it could be quik
the beat also sounds similiar to stat quo's future beat dr. dre did for him
thats all the info I have, but damn this shit sound like dr. dre's work
