Yes, he is. But lyricism is not everything. Ya Boy is a good lyricist, too. And he even has a pretty dope style. Crooked I lost some of his reputation over the last years in my opinion. I don't agree with your last sentence, though.

I agree....I think Crook may be the best lyrically and technically, but he doesn't make better songs from what I've heard. I feel like Sly made better songs than Crook as well.

I left Bishop off cause I don't feel him at all. I think that Crook is almost guilty of putting out too much good material. It almost dilutes his skills. Think of one album with good production featuring 12-14 of his best flows over the years? Would be a classic.
