This was posted on Charles Hamilton's blog: he's dropping a reinterpretation of "SLU" called "Rappers Like Us." This is where it gets interesting - the features are Crooked I, Royce Da 5' 9", and Joe Budden. WOW. My anticipation is major right now.
Dropped this in West Coast Connection since Crook will inevitably murk that instrumental. If you haven't checked out Charles Hamilton, though, you definitely should. Google him and download his mixtapes with Skee and Green Lantern. Major talent.

Ha.. yup, yup! That track is cool, but it was crazy to hear "Brooklyn Girls" on a recent episode of "Entourage."
Wonder who's gonna take 'Best Verse' honours on this remix? Royce has been going in lately, Budden and Crooked are always reliable, and CH is the new-era MC with something to prove. Should make for a very interesting listen.

its good to see people excited about shit. i encourage it. i feel u tho... whoever that was up there... about not wanting to keep hearing the same beat, but this one aint quite ran into the ground yet. its like weed tho.. thats whats its made for. to play it the fuck out till its gone. cuz you can always get more...

It's going to be difficult for any of them to outshine eachother but I'd say it goes like this:
Royce>Crooked>Budden>Hamilton.
