Title: Heavens Angel-R.I.P Left Eye

An Angel joined the choir just this afternoon
she was dressed all in white and had just come in the room
they said she was a newcomer one of the ones that had just died
but to me to hear that voice was a rare treat for sad eyes
I know why angels took you,that wanted you with them
you are an angel too and have always been
you were borrowed when you were here
never to be caught,that is something the angels taught
you were born so wild and free
your music helped express us,your music made us morn
and more then that,sometimes your music made us born
and when God took you home he gently wrapped you in His arms
and said child my child my waterfall,my creek,you can let your music go..................your free
so she sat and played with the angels that day
and I listened so clear as I am listening here
and if you sit real still,you can see an angel smile in the sky
