Title: did The Electricunderwaterchurchmovement ever actually come out officially?

i was going to suggest some people check it out but i cant find it on amazon just mp3's on his myspace. i have a copy but its a promo. it says inside it would come out officially though. what happened with that and is he gonna drop some more shit?

The copy I bought from CD Baby looked pretty official??
