It's been not letting me connect for awhile, so today I got it together and deleted Limewire, then re-downloaded it, and it's still not connecting
I try disconnecting and then connecting again, closing the program then opening it again, and I tried to fuck with the firewell settings under my network connections, but nothing is working
can any of y'all help me out? much appreciated

For those of you who are connecting through a router, try these steps:
Step 1. Set up a static IP address
http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm
Step 2. Port forward
http://www.portforward.com/english/r...4/Limewire.htm
Step 3. In Limewire, tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Tick 'manual port forward', add the listening port number to the box here. Apply.
