What I'm wondering is what they have in store for the 1st single. Didn't Em retire the "Slim Shady" persona, or at least the concept of dressing all goofy for his 1st single..

Though he said "the majority" of rap that has been released since he went on hiatus is "crap," he took time to give props to T.I.'s new album, Paper Trail, saying he's been "pumping that for the last two weeks every day in my car aside from my own stuff as I record it."

Damn, I can't wait for this now. Both 50's and Ems albums are possibly top of my most wanted list, even ahead of a whole album produced by Premier (Blaq Poet, NYG'z).

I still don't think this is gonna be that great a record. It'll be better than encore, but thats not sayin shit. There'll prolly be a few really tight songs, but i think it's gonna be disjointed and too contrived. Em's not hungry and I don't think Dre is either.

For the last five months I've been working pretty much straight with Dre," he said. "There's going to be a lot of material, more so than I've had on an album with him producing before." Though Dre has worked on all of Eminem's albums since his 1997 debut, the production legend took on a bigger load on Relapse because Em said he didn't want to have to worry about producing this time around.

i wouldnt look too much into Em listening to TI. Lets not forget Em released Encore thinking it was good and for all we know his idea of "dope" rap music could've taken a steady decline
