Title: Shaq showing love to Kobe and Bynum

Quote
Andrew Bynum, it seems, has a big fan, one that stands 7-foot-1 in his socks and lives and plays in Phoenix.

Yep, Shaquille O’Neal said Friday that Bynum, the guy who is trying to become another legendary Lakers center, is a good young player. But he didn’t stop there.

Shaq said called Bynum fortunate to be playing “with the best guy in the world.” And he wasn’t talking about Celtics’ Paul Pierce.

“Kobe is (the best player in the world),” Shaq said, after addressing students during Tuffree Middle School’s anti-drug program. “He is easily, by far. He’s always been the guy who wanted that spot, he earned that spot by almost winning the championship.

Hes like a 10 and everybody else is like a 6 or 7 and that includes LeBron (James), DWade (Dwyane Wade), everybody. Kobe is the best in the world.

And he didn’t even hum a tune this time

Not to get into another Kobe vs Shaq debate, but I think its clear that Shaq wishes he would've been a bigger man and made things work with Kobe. And on the flipside, I think Kobe would've done a lot of things different if he could go back in time.

Shaq has always showed respect to Kobe game , they just don't like each other as a person and nobody should have given a fuck about it , this is supposed to be B-Ball , not Hollywood drama

Shaq messed up. All he had to do was kick back, let Kobe take the roll over time and be the Kareem roll, fading big man that has a talented team around him and winning championships. Shaq and Kobe should have had at least 2 more titles with Kobe in the lead.

yeah, and now Miami is a franchise that's up there with the Lakers and Celtics and the Bulls. Dude, that's how great of a franchise the Lakers are, they can trade Shaq, and a title right away, to build the future around Kobe. Once Kobe gets 2-3 more titles, it will be proven to be a great trade.
