Title: CARLOS TEVEZ’S owner is ready to sell him to a new club ...

CARLOS TEVEZ’S owner is ready to sell him to a new club unless Manchester United sort out a permanent deal by December.
Kia Joorabchian is growing impatient with the Old Trafford board as he was given an assurance in the summer a £30million deal to make the Argentine’s loan move permanent would be imminent.

Manager Alex Ferguson has since said the deal would not be done until the summer.

But Joorabchian, who owns the striker’s rights, is not prepared to wait that long before sounding out other options with interest from both Real Madrid and Inter Milan — and no doubt across the road at Manchester City.

He fears Tevez’s price is being driven down by his lack of first-team starts.

There are also question marks over whether the money is there for the deal right now with the club £600m in debt in the middle of a credit crunch.

Tevez, 24, has started only one of the last seven games since the arrival of £30.75m Dimitar Berbatov.

He was also upset at Louis Saha’s No9 shirt being saved for the Bulgarian.

Tevez would have been angry by his omission from the starting line-up against an understrength Celtic side in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Ferguson made it clear Cristiano Ronaldo was tired — but, in the end, he started.

It seems Real Madrid have finally given up on signing Ronaldo, 23.

The Spanish giants were rebuffed in the summer. But now president Ramon Calderon insisted: “It is forgotten not only for January but for ever. Only if Manchester decide to sell will we able to talk about it.”

Load of Rubbish

Carlos Tevez has no intention of leaving Manchester Untied, according to his long-term advisor Kia Joorabchian.

The 24-year-old's future has been called into question after a recent spell on the bench with Dimitar Berbatov preferred to partner Wayne Rooney in attack.

Despite the Argentinean's frustration at his recent lack of first-team opportunities, Joorabchian claims this does not mean Tevez wants to leave.

He said: "Carlos Tevez is not going to be sold in January. He plans to stay until the end of season and talk to Manchester United then.

"He has a great relationship with Manchester United. There have been absolutely no conversations with other clubs and there won't be."

Tevez has become something of a fans' favourite in a relatively short space of time at Old Trafford and United insist they would not be willing to part with over £30m if the striker was not an integral part of their plans.

With this is mind Joorabchian remains calm about Tevez's future.

He said: "Manchester Untied have assured us they intend to sign Carlos at the end of the season.

"We are looking at next year, then we will start to move the situation forward. Carlos is happy with his position at the club. He is a Manchester United player for the foreseeable future.

"He is just concerned, for reasons he does not understand, some people appear to be mischief-making. Carlos has a great relationship with Sir Alex Ferguson and (chief executive) David Gill and he hopes that continues."
