We have a new press release for The Jacka's upcoming street album, simply entitled "The Street Album", which will be dropping in December. Read the article below:

"Before the mainstream chaos erupted, there was the streets. As the end of the year approaches, The Jacka will close it with the support of the streets behind him. His latest project
"The Street Album", mixed and hosted by 106.1 KMEL DJ/Personality Big Von - hits the streets December 2008.

Aside from the 10 seperate projects the Jacka released this year, his upcoming 3rd album "Tear Gas", has already caused anticipation and excitement that his fans can hardly contain. With the upcoming release date expected in early 2009, the streets can't get enough of the West Coast phenomenon who soared to the top radar of the music industry in 2008.

"The Street Album" is composed of 19 exclusive tracks, geared up to solidify the hunger of his die hard fans just as his next solo release heats up the market.

Singles on the album, including the "All Over Me" Bay Remix and "Aspen", have already generated much noise in the streets. The remix is receiving massive support with requests, consistent radio spins, and over 100,000 Myspace plays within a month.

By flooding the music industry this year, the Jacka has set the stakes for 2009. In this year alone, he's appeared on the Billboard charts twice, released 11 projects, been featured in countless magazines/online sites, and won the "Patiently Waiting: California" 2008 Ozone Award. He's risen the bar for Independent artists with the consistency, quality, and dedication to his craft of being the dopest."

We have an exclusive preview track off "The Street Album" for ya'll to check out, click below to listen:

I didn't make the mistake... this was an official press release sent from his label :/ Were all of these official releases? If so, then that's a pretty stupid mistake lol.

Yeah prolly they didnt count "Jack Off All Trades" as official because it dropped through Friscostreetshow but Jacka himself promoted his album when it dropped so I dunno
