imma have to go with not, this might be the illest verse i read of his. tight from top to bottom

sikotic no offence dawg, u got skills but i wasnt feelin ya startin that much but like from half way down to the end u suddenly started to hit back with some ill lyrics and even though the second half of ya verse was ill imma go with not for bein consistant from the top to bottom

sikotic started off pretty weak, but came back wit some ill lines. But NOT's shit was consistant and i feel it flowed better so my vote goes to N.O.T

well this was anotha ill verse by NOT...this guy seems to be gettin tighter by da day.. newayz back to da ryme.. i was really feelin the flow on this one and thought that NOT had come real down hard... but da only flaw i thought was da last last bar.. in which he tells sikotic to join KINGS..after dissin him throughout the whole verse..  ???  othawise..a near perfect verse...

In conclusion , i think Sikotic's lack of consistency had brought him down in this battle... so ... finally my vote goes to NOT
