you can either look up how to make a japanese profile and providing you still have a gold 1 month trial period left (i think each console comes with 4 to use up on new profiles) you can download it from the japenese marketplace. alternatively its downloadable off the web and can be burnt to a cd and loaded from there. a bit of googling will fully explain both ways of getting it.
it runs perfectly on any region of xbox console including the online co-op facility and is in full english on an english machines 8)

You don't need a japanese profile when you're Al Bundy 8)
Create a folder called "Content" and extract the folder inside the rar files to that. Burn the Content folder to a blank DVD or CD, pop it in the 360, then go to the demos section of your game library. You'll see the demo listed there in Japanese writing. The actual demo is in English, so playing it's not a problem. There's 2 full levels and you can play single player or co-op, including online co-op.
