The Suns have acquired Jason Richardson and Jared Dudley from the Bobcats in exchange for Boris Diaw, Raja Bell and Sean Singletary.

Wow. What do you guys think of this move?
-
great for the career of J-Rich lol! poor bastard stuck in GSW/Char. his whole career :-\
-
Raja was huge for that team.
but Richardson is fuckin beastly! 8)
good move! ;)
-
Richardson should excel in that system.
-
Horrible move for the Bobcats. Diaw is a bum.
Could work out for the Suns, although Bell was a real nigga in Phoenix.
-
I dunno, Raja Bell was big for the Suns and Boris Diaw provided some much needed size to the team. The question is, can Jared Dudley make up for the size Phoenix lost with Diaw?...Really, though, Jason Richardson is by far the best player in this deal. I think the Suns are at about the same spot they were before the trade...As for the Bobcats, they obviously made this trade to clear up space in the starting 5 for DJ Augustin, who was coming along nicely when J-Rich was out with that injury...in essence, the Bobcats traded Brandan Wright for Raja Bell, Boris Diaw, and Sean Singletary, which is not all that bad (if Wright doesn't pan out ala Frye).
-
fuck channing frye
-
also a good chance for J-Rich to kind of rejuvenate his career.
-

i hope he gels real good & makes it REAL interesting in the west. ;) 8)

Diaw was softer then baked goods. Too passive. Had good ball skills and point guard like abilities but on offense he was a liability once Amare came back 100%. When Amare was out he was one of the main reasons they got so far in the playoffs that year.

if golden state coulda kept him and they woulda been crazy last year. i mean they won 9 of last ten just to make it into playoffs then with one of the biggest upsets destroyed dallas. i was sad to see him leave

fuck channing frye
exactly
-
real good move for the suns and also indicates they are hell bent on going back to there gunslinging days especially when shaq takes his "night" off. i have no idea why charlotte included dudley in this deal when they was no reason too, he is a solid player for the suns and will add depth to there thin bench with hill ,barbosa and robin.
-
stupid move i liked Raja and Diaw now ill never watch them again cus i dont watch the bobcats games lol

Charolette making room for LeBron; so he can play with Jordan watching him? :D :P

Charolette making room for LeBron; so he can play with Jordan watching him? :D :P So Lebron can reject them and the franchise can guarantee mediocreness for years to come.
Fixed.

he is goin to New Jersey, imo.
unless a top contending team with a chance of winning offers him something he likes...

New Jersey Nets are movin to Brooklyn...Jay-Z has a plan to bring LeBron along with 'em. It'll make 'em the number 1 team in NY. I have a feeling that's going down.
-
But the problem is New Jersey more-than-likely won't be able to move in time. Lebron is going to the Knicks.
-
If he went to Portland, he'd probably win 5 titles in a row. Do you guys really think he goes to a scrub team with a bitch-made organization just for the sake of stupid hype? Even with the Cavs he could win 5 in a row if they make a smart trade for Wally/Snow soon, and add someone like Dirk in 2010. Going to NY would ruin any chance of winning a title anytime soon, unless Wade or Bosh also sign.

NYK, NJ or Cleveland
maybe D-wade and Lebron can be on a team together

uhhh, what are you talkin about? pullin facts our your ass? they're supposed to make the move the same year LeBron becomes a free agent.

Huh? Going to Brooklyn would make 'em instant contenders:
PG Devin Harris
SG Vince Carter
SF LeBron James
PF Yi Jianlian
C Brook Lopez
^That might even be his best bet.
-
Vince Carter will be old by then, and their big men ain't dominant. Portland is way better than this, if Oden becomes a person who can play a full basketball game on a consistant basis by then, that is. Needless to say, after the trade the Cavs will pull off soon, the Cavs are way better as well. All NJ really got is Devin Harris.

Uhhh, what? Brook Lopez is probably the best big-man rookie in this amazing draft class. Vince Carter will be old, but if he can channel his game, he'll still be a great veteran shooting guard in the last year of his contract (especially if he'll be looking to sign a new one)...and you being a Dirk Nowitzki fan and all should also like Yi Jianlian's game as well. LOL.
-
As much as I give Oden what he deserves, I still think he should be the clearly better player of the 2 by 2011. James should also go for a dynasty and not gamble on a quick ring or 2, Carter is simply too old to start a dynasty with. I'm not saying the team you posted sucks, I'm saying that the Cavs with the addition of Mike Miller/Corey Maggeatte and a FA in 2010/11 (Dirk will be really hungry for a ring and signing for the MLE even) are much better, as are the Blazers if Oden develops into half the player they were hoping for 2 years ago. All this "New York, New York" bullshit is really pissing me off.

VC/Lebron would be insane if Carter can keep his play up these next few years.

Oden has a good chance to be better, but Lopez is better right now...and I was talking about bigs from the 08 draft class. Veteran Vince Carter is the last option on that roster I posted...LOL. That's easily a contending roster and I just happen to have a feeling Bron and Jay-z have a plan in place..
