Rapper, actor and overall entrepreneur, 50 Cent, is having his MTV reality show canceled after roughly one month on the air. After debuting on November 6, The Money and the Power will be permanently shelved due to disappointing ratings

Same reason why this reality show flopped; lack of originality. He needs to be more creative, Get Up is a step in the right direction, still not using his full potential though.

well he famously said he would sell more than kanye or retire, real hip-hop fans took a crap on the album and 50 was being a hypocrite by going down the pop collab route even further. i don't think it was a failure completely but it certainly didn't get as much attention as his first or second albums.

50's next single will determine the fate of his music career now. not that he needs any more sucess but it if aint really hot i can see it all going downhill - shitty tv show, shitty homemade movie bundled with album, shitty album.

eminem - drops potentially shitty album.

dr. dre - doesn't release detox.
