One of the most underrated hook singers is Levitti! i dont think iv seen anyone mention him, he did alot of good hooks for Sick Wid It, and alot of bay area rappers, hes got a differant voice that stands out. Heres a few of my favorites:

^^ so that clears it up! im not sure if he still with sick wid it. the last song i think i heard him on was "Where is This Goin" on B-Legits Throwblock Muzik in 2007
