Title: It's being reported that Manning just won his 3rd MVP

I saw it on the NFL Network at the bottom, and here but most the net hasn't reported it yet.

Why? Because his shitty 8 and 8 and bulky o-line got to play a shit ass division. Rivers is the kind of QB that can go out in a playoff game and the team won't lose a step. If they had given to Peterson or a defensive player somewhere I wouldn't have said anything. But no QB had to go through what Manning had to go trough this year and no QB played as well as he did. Pennington deserved way more than Rivers.

yeah, actually i think a few QB's deserved it over Rivers. His QB rating was good all year....but there are other aspects to a good QB. If the Cardinals would have kept up the pace and finished the season strong....you could have made a good case for Warner.

no hate on Manning's skills; HES A MONSTER & A HOF & maybe the best candidate for MVP.

but its become the (MFL) Manning Football League a good 6-7 years ago.

commercial after commercial, CONSTANT talk on ESPN, his brother lol.

i would like to see a defensive player in the award, but otherwise i would like Peterson myself.

Roger Goodell is a racist & didnt want a Vick (thug) image as the face as the NFL. so he pushed Manning so hard to just be everywhere & then got his brother in some commercials.

And the People saying AP...well, Turner > AP

AP might have the Yards (only by 100)...but has only 10 TDS to Turners 18..and 9 fumbles to Turners 3.

Vikings Wicked Run Defense (6th Ranked Defense) are the reason why the Vikings are in the Playoffs. Not AP....so thats why he aint MVP.

Post by: Don Jacob on January 03, 2009, 03:07:30 PM: i like AP, Peyton, and Michael Turner for MVP, however. The colts went from playing like SHIT (harrison i'm looking at you) to being flawless at the end of the season in large part to having the team on Manning's shoulders.

I think no one deserves it more than peyton manning.
