I was bumping games "the black wallstreet journal vol 1" he's on the song "cali niggas"he caught my ears right away,anybody know more about him?he's preety sick and I've just heard 1 verse from him.

Yea he's got an album called "Coast Guard" or something like that... do a search on dubcnn.com and you should find more music from him.  Dude is dope.
