get a pull up bar. shoulders biceps but the back....my shit is getting ripped! $20 boys, very worth the money.(bet i can do the most pullups on dubcc!) ;D

good option for upper body strength
try doing sets of 1 pull up, 2 push ups, 2 pull ups 4 push ups, 3 pull ups 6 pushups etc

word man I baught one of those Iron Gym pull up bars for 25 bucks and ive been using it everyday for the last 2 months and shits gettin ripped, all the ladies I know keep sayin im lookin good!

i got a hand me down total gym and have been using it everyday for like a year. it is so cool.
