The New Jersey Nets have spoken to San Antonio, Chicago, Cleveland and, surprisingly, Toronto about guard Vince Carter, the Newark Star-Ledger is reporting
-
it would be nice, depending on who you have to give up.
-
As much as Gordon scores, I can't stand his game at all. Constantly turning the ball over (unforced), horrible shot selection, etc. I would love to get rid of him asap!
-
lol at the thought of vince carter going back to Toronto

I don't think so. He's definitely the type of player the Bulls need (big SG with an all-around game) but dude is a born loser, you don't want a guy that only plays hard when he feels like it...in his case it'll be the 4 times they play the Raptors.

Damn I thought I was the only one that ever brought up him only playing hard against the Raps lol...

Nah the Bulls don't need Carter. Amare is a different story though.

Although I'm not sure about getting Carter himself, I think the Bulls need a player like Carter before they need a player like Amare. They need that one go to player.

Yeah we most def need a go to guy, but we have sooo many guards right now.

True, true. But I think we'd be getting rid of a couple of them if we were to have a trade on the table for VC. Like I said before, I wanna get rid of Gordon asap.

VC would be nice on the Bulls next to Derrick Rose...and he's not as old as people make it seem.
-
As long as we keep Rose, I'm sayin everyone else is more than available for the trading block.
Altough I've been a big Tyrus Thomas fan from day 1, and he's finally starting to expand his game nicely, so I'd like to keep him as well.

Carter is garbo!

A double double that past 5 out of 6 games. Double figure in scoring the past 7 games. His jumper is looking better and he is becoming a force on defense. I'm still skeptical but hopefully he is finally breaking out.

A Rose/VC punch would be pretty dope.

No doubt! Dude straight tore it up in the game against Dallas last night!

carter gets quite alot of hate around the league but i think on the right team and in the right situation he can definatley help out, when his on his one of the best wings around. this season his assumed a low key role next to harris and i think that showed alot of maturity on his part, theres been no whinning and media jarbs his just kept his head down and worked and made the nets semi respectable during the transistion period.

Anyone who thinks VC is not a legit player anymore is playing themselves.
