Title: What is the name to this movie??

its about 2 kids in new york... a young black kid sells dope and has a puerto rican friend that is fat and gets his hand squashed by a car and carries a gat

and the lil black kid works for a high time drug dealer and he hangs his pitbull and shoots it...

im pretty sure its placed in New York becuase of the way they talk and how the puerto rican kid always says "B"

any help?

hell yeah i remember watching it when i was like 10 then watching it when i was like 12 then i just saw it a while back on BET too bad the censored version sucks but im gonna get the DVD
