im starting to like it more then free weights... i got mine like a year ago but never used it now i been on it for about a month everyday and its getting me fuckin ripped
a great upper body workout along with abs...
i love bench and free weights n shit but this shits on alot of those...
i recommend getting swole first with big weights and stuff then using the perfect pushup to get better toned and cut after your as big as you wanna get...
so in other words work our with weights for maybe a month and get as big as you want...
then the next month just work with the perfect pushups and you maintain your build and get more ripped while your at it

that shits not a complete gimmick, you have to turn your hands like 90 degrees and you definitely feel it more. ive fucked around with one but its not really worth paying for

naw I aint wit that I've tried it on my first tour in iraq and its whatevs I mean it works but dat shits too fancy for me jus do sum old school diamond push ups or 8 count body builders but still at da end of da day id rather hit that bench over anything for chest

if your a fat 300 pound loser who doesn't do shit all day but wack off to Floydness's post, this product will get you no where
but if you actually work out and have a life... this shit will do a good bit of work to your body... also its alot better than normal push ups i swear...
30 regular push ups= 7 perfect push ups
you can work inner, middle and outter chest as well
it works out your abs too believe it or not... it tightens them up when your breathing going up and down so it makes you more ripped in your abdominal section... but i have a totally different work out for that... all im saying is it helps out in that department

I heard it's not that bad...but I still think military push ups are better.

My homie is a personal trainer and he told me that it's pretty gimmicky. I'll tell you what is legit though - that pull up bar that attaches to your door frame. I used that last week and it's awesome. Pull ups are a great workout.

i dont need this BS to stay in shape, some people need to do the trendy thing and jump on the fitness bandwagons to stay in shape.... I.E. new diets/ new workout machines.... i do it old fashioned baby :-*

I use them every day. They are nice, but don't provide a complete workout. However it will appeal to those of you trying to get big arms and might not care as much about lower body development.
