Title: help with recognizing tracks from "the shield" (video+audio link)

hey guys,
i watcehd the shield s06e04 and there are two tracks in the background, i think they are west coast,
and i wonder if any of y'all recognize them, here are the links (just press on play) to where the tracks are played:

first one:

they saying something like "so-so ride" or what?

yeah its seems like the website is down right now, but here is a mirror link:

first track is at 16:38 for about 20 seconds, so just rewind the video to that point on the stream

and the secodn track is at 25:16 for about 2 minutes,

they say something like "welcome to tango"

mmm so nobody knows?
is there such place as "tango" somewhere in the states?

anyone know a better forum on the web to ask for this?
